The two staff were so efficient. When I walked in the door there were at least 10 people ahead of me. I only had to wait 20 minutes. Painless experience. The nurse, Tom, was funny too.
Just spoke with Steph 10 minutes before closing for the week. What a lovely lady, she was so very kind and courteous. Nothing was a problem. Steph is an asset to the practice. Thank you again Steph.

Always greeted happily and professionally from the reception staff to the other staff behind the doors.
The team has a great personality and treats everyone with respect and helps with any questions I have.
I don’t wish to go back but if I have to I know I will be treated as if I were one of their family members.

Lovely staff and so helpful. The wait time was zero and the Tech was quick to get things done. Very easy experience.
